Access to a domestic and international network of FAA Designated Representatives (DARs) for standard and export certificates of airworthiness, plus special flight (ferry) permits when needed.

Direct FAA coordination

A dedicated presence at the FAA Registry in Oklahoma City to facilitate timely access to registration and airworthiness records and to coordinate with the FAA on certificates, permits, and required documentation.

Complex compliance & records

Assistance with liens and title searches, disputed ownership, missing/historical record recovery, and other issues that can block closing—working alongside partner aviation attorneys when required.

Transaction readiness

Practical, document‑driven due diligence from pre‑purchase through closing and escrow to keep files complete and audit‑ready.

Tax incentive coordination (when applicable)

Under H.R. 1 — the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (119th Congress), 100% bonus depreciation was permanently reinstated for qualified property acquired and placed in service on or after January 19, 2025; this replaces the prior phase‑down. We coordinate with specialist aviation tax advisors on timing, documentation, and business‑use tracking so clients are positioned to capture available benefits while remaining compliant.
